Registration as a Xartra customer The best support for our customers
Thanks to the prices, services and support at Xartra, our amount of
customers has increased very significantly in the last period of time.
The negative factor of this increasement is that we have received
several registrations from some users who, with other non commercial
aims, became Xartra customers with their registration.
To avoid this problem and the imballance at an accountancy level, with
the lose of support involved for our real customers, a fixed fare has
been set for the registration of users at Xartra. That is, a person (not
yet a customer) who wants to become a user and a customer at Xartra, must
pay a 2€ fare only once at the moment of the first purchase. This is a
non-significant cost which we hope will settle massive registrations
problems in the system and non confirmed orders.
We hope you understand that through this measure with a token cost we
aim to make sure that we provide the utmost attention and the best
services to those customers who are really interested.
